Background of AA Quality Meats |
| I have had over 25 years experience in the meat trade. I started AA Quality Meats in 1995 from a small industrial unit in St. Merryn and as the business grew moved to a larger factory premises in Padstow where we currently trade. Over the years I have gained experience in wholesale, retail and catering butchery. |

Currently the business serves Butchers, Hotels, Restaurants, Public Houses, Mobile Catering Vans, Cafe/Delis covering the whole of Cornwall. I employ three full time staff and two part time staff during the holiday season. All our butchers have been working in the industry for many years and have a vast experience and knowledge of the trade. Our 5.500sq ft. premises are EC Licensed and up to a very high standard of health and hygeine. We currently run two vans for our deliveries throughout Cornwall and these are both refrigerated and well maintained.
